Letter From The Pastor...

Dear Friends,

On behalf of the Cambodian Christian Reformed Church, I wanted to take this time to thank those that have expressed their concerns over the incident that took place on Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at our church property. I am overwhelmed with the community’s support to our congregation. I believe that this is a blessing to us and that God has a plan for us and for the community. We will take what has happened to us and turn this into a positive thing. I would like to inform those that have express their interest with our church the plans that we will be taking. We are thankful to those that have prayed for us and have kept us in their thoughts. We are also thankful to those that have offered their time and donated their money to help us rebuild what we have lost. I believe that this is just an obstacle that we will overcome.

We are currently working on plans to move forward with the building of God’s church. At the moment, we are planning on demolishing the building home since it would be more work and more money to try to rebuild from where we left off. We are currently looking at what options we have to rebuild from the ground up. We are a small church that is not financially set to complete the church facility right away. We will complete what we can with the funds that we have and work to replenish the church building funds again to take another step forward.

We look forward to the upcoming year and what challenges that it will bring us. We have our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on our side. As Romans 8:31 says, “If God is for us, who can ever be against us?” Thank you friends from the bottom of my heart for all your support and prayers. God bless you all.
